How we handle your tip
Our team assesses leads and checks information before publication. We may contact you for clarification. Submitting a tip does not guarantee a response or publication, and we do not pay for unsolicited tips.
Your identity and privacy
You may ask to remain unnamed in a published story. Please make that request explicit. Ordinary website forms and email are not secure anonymous channels, so do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised.
For an immediate emergency, contact the relevant emergency service. This inbox is not an emergency reporting service.
Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. Sending a tip does not subscribe you to our newsletter.
